Service Agreement Requirements

To maintain the high standards of the Platinum Series and ensure your equipment’s health, both service offerings include the following requirements:

  • Genuine OEM Parts and Lubricants: The use of factory specified parts and lubricants is required to ensure performance.
  • Lubricant Sampling: Regular oil analysis is required to monitor the internal health of the machine.
  • Authorized Servicing: All maintenance must be performed by an authorized partner like Cullum & Brown.
