Platinum Guard

Platinum Guard is a preventative maintenance agreement serviced by Cullum & Brown using genuine OEM parts and lubricants. This plan is designed to guard your investment by keeping your compressor and operations running with few interruptions.

• Major Component Protection: Coverage includes the airend, air and oil coolers, separator tank, and on-board controller.
• Variable Speed Drive Coverage: Integrated VSD components are included in the protection plan.

• New and Existing Equipment: Coverage is available for new machines and older installations past their initial registration period.

Platinum Trust

The multi-year Platinum Trust service agreement offers total peace of mind with extended coverage that goes beyond the major components. This plan includes the entire compressor package to protect your equipment against unforeseen events.

• Full Package Coverage: In addition to major components, this plan covers the standard drive, cooling fan motors, and all other package components.

• Standard Freight Included: Freight for covered parts is included in the agreement.

Service Agreement Requirements

To maintain the high standards of the Platinum Series and ensure your equipment’s health, both service offerings include the following requirements:

• Genuine OEM Parts and Lubricants: The use of factory specified parts and lubricants is required to ensure performance.
• Lubricant Sampling: Regular oil analysis is required to monitor the internal health of the machine.
• Authorized Servicing: All maintenance must be performed by an authorized partner like Cullum & Brown.
