Rental Policy

1. Rental Rates will be invoiced in advance and run from the time the equipment leaves our premises until it is returned.
2. Rental Rates based on 60 hour week: 240 hour month.
   Three shift operations will be charged 1.5 times normal rates.
3. All equipment will be sent out in good condition and it should be returned in good condition.
4. Customer is responsible for any damage to equipment other than normal wear.
5. Service - Customer will be responsible for cleaning and servicing of rentals from long term rentals (2 months or longer).
6. Freight charges - F.O.B. shipping point. Delivery and pick-up of rental by Cullum & Brown will be charged at $65.00/hour. If rental ships by common carrier, charges are responsibility of the customer.
7. When loading, unloading, start-up or installation is necessary, additional charges will be billed.
